Justin Hill
As a co-founder of Addis Hill, I am dedicated to leading the Addis Hill business operations and serving as the firm’s chief compliance officer. For more than 25 years, my focus has been on helping build a firm that gives employees the tools and support they need to succeed so they can stay focused on what matters most: developing relationships and providing top-notch services to our clients.
Our focus is always on our clients, not ourselves. We are committed to full disclosure, fairness, and upholding our fiduciary responsibilities to the highest level.
Starting Addis Hill in March 2000 meant learning early on how to navigate through uncertainty. The September 11 terrorist attacks, the 2008/2009 financial crisis, and the COVID pandemic all tested the firm in different ways. Going through these challenges and staying focused on what we could control, shaped Addis Hill and made us a stronger, more focused firm, and more successful firm.
I grew up in Madison, Connecticut, a small coastal town that gave me a deep New England heritage and lasting affinity for the shoreline. The childhood friendships I formed there remain some of my strongest and most meaningful relationships. One of the things I enjoy most is sharing that part of my life with my wife, Erin, and our two kids, Mason and Sophia. Each time we visit I get to take them down memory lane and share the places, stories, and friendships that helped shape who I am.
